Our standard estimated delivery time within the United States is 5–8 business days from the date of purchase.
Processing time is typically 1–2 business days, and shipping takes 4–6 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Bagicams ships only within the United States. We’re working on expanding our international delivery options soon.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website for real-time updates.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please email support@bagicams.shop as soon as possible.
Once an order is processed or shipped, we’re unable to change the address.
What should I do if my package is delayed or missing?
Please allow up to 10 business days after shipment for your package to arrive.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items in original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Do you accept PayPal?

Are your backpacks waterproof?
Most of our backpacks are water-resistant, not fully waterproof.
They can handle light rain but should not be submerged in water.
