At bagicams, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to make the return and refund process simple, fair, and transparent. Please review the following details before requesting a return.
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must remain intact.
- The product must not show any signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact our team at support@bagicams.shop with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
Once approved, our support team will provide detailed return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Please do not ship any items back without prior approval — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Label & Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable courier service (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS) to ensure safe and verified delivery.
bagicams is not responsible for lost or delayed returns caused by shipping carriers.
Return Method
Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive the return address and shipping instructions via email.
Please retain your tracking number until your refund or exchange is confirmed.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee for returns that meet our eligibility criteria.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@bagicams.shop within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear product photos showing the issue.
Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, certain items sold on bagicams are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
All backpacks and related bag accessories fall under our non-returnable category, except in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Please note:
- Minor variations in color, texture, or stitching that do not affect product functionality are not considered defects.
- Products showing signs of wear, use, or physical damage after delivery will not qualify for a return or refund.
- In case of a manufacturing defect or wrong item received, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bagicams.shop, along with photos of the issue for review.
We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the quality and hygiene standards of our store.
Exchanges
Yes, we accept exchanges within the 30-day return period.
To request an exchange, please contact support@bagicams.shop for authorization.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original tags. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll promptly process your exchange.
If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Change of Mind
Returns due to change of mind are accepted within the 30-day period, provided the item remains unused and resaleable.
Return shipping costs apply for such cases.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please check with your bank or payment provider.
