Shipping Duration: 4–8 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package in real time.

Prices, Taxes & Currency

All prices displayed on bagicams are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Applicable taxes, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
Bagicams is not responsible for any additional customs duties, import taxes, or regional fees that may apply in certain locations outside the U.S.

Shipping Cost

We charge a flat shipping fee of $10 on all standard orders within the United States, regardless of order size or weight. Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Any additional charges such as express delivery or special handling will be shown during checkout if selected. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in cases of personal reasons, including change of mind, wrong size, or accidental order placement.

Product Condition & Responsibility

All products are shipped brand new and quality-checked prior to dispatch.
Once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, bagicams cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal or third-party courier services.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.
Bagicams is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect, incomplete, or unverified addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges may apply.

Address Modification

To request an address change, please email support@bagicams.shop within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once the order has entered processing or been shipped, the address cannot be modified.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting support@bagicams.shop
After this window or once the order has been processed, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Tracking Updates

After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment through our Track Your Order page.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, contact support@bagicams.shop with your order number and photos (if applicable).
